This 4th floor, corner unit one bedroom studio condo is boldly designed in hip “South Beach” decor with lively colors and stylish imported furnishings. The guest bathroom features a brand new tiled shower and fully remodeled bathroom. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor for guests to use.
