Kitchen comes fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glassware including wine glasses and other necessities for those wishing to dine (4 barstools). Convection oven/microwave, stovetop and full size refrigerator. Large kitchen peninsula for work or dining is comfortable and overlooks the living area and flat screen tv.

One comfortable queen bed in bedroom. In addition, 2 extra-long twin memory foam beds available on request. Rental rate reflects the amount for 2 guests. A $25 per person per night fee will be added for additional guests up to 4.
