Inside, you`ll find a well-equipped interior: powder room, two full baths, and a dining room that seats 12. Choose from four comfy bedrooms for a restful sleep. We are just 2 blocks from beautiful Cape Charles Beach. We are also just 2 blocks from the park where we will have concerts in the park all summer on Saturday Nights. The cottage is ready to welcome your family and friends. A cart is included with the property during your stay!
You will get the code to enter the home the day of check-in before 4PM.

Summary: Overall it was a great location and a good house to have our family vacation in. Unfortunately there were a lot of fruit flies (we were warned but I still didn’t expect that many) and the backyard/deck needs some attention. We hosed down the golf cart to be able to drive it but the exterior would benefit from a power wash. Loved all the towels and the fact there were 5 beach chairs. Overall well stocked but we did have to buy paper towels and hand soap which I didn’t expect. The fence was secure for our dog and the keyless entry was nice. Distance from the beach was great!
