Summary: The house itself was very rustic.There were both good and bad. The bed downstairs was comfortable. The place itself looked clean until you moved a piece of furniture and found trash underneath the couch. The yard guys came and cut the grass on the 2nd morning, which was needed. Just something that should have been done beforehand.I can say the check out was easy and pain free. Where the property fell short was in the communication. The first day the toilet, bathroom sink as well as the kitchen sink were not draining. I reached out to the telephone # and got no response. I texted, still nothing. I even went on the website and received no answer. When my daughter came after graduation, we had the guys pee outside. That was a bit much. Please do a better job of communicating.
