The house has 3 bedrooms and is split into two sides connected by outdoor decks. The west side of the house includes main living area, kitchen, master bedroom and bath. The west side faces the beach and includes 3 sliding glass doors that open to ocean breezes. The East side of the house is connected to the west side by first and second floor decks and includes another master bedroom and bath and twin bedroom upstairs. The house was redecorated and updated in 2012 to include new bedroom furniture, couches, and flat screen T.V.s. The beach is a directly across the street and beach access is less than 100 yards away left or right. The views from the house are enhanced by double lots across the street, rather than houses, dunes and ocean are what you see. A brand new 6 person hottub was purchased in 2012 and moved onto the pool deck so you can soak under the stars. Previous guests rank the pool and large pool deck as the best amenity of the house hands down. This is your chance to experience Hatteras Island as it was meant to be, outdoor living with modern conveniences.
