Location location location! Two bedroom one bath cottage for long term monthly rent, CU school year lease. Live in the heart of University Hill blocks from Chautauqua Park. Walking distance to CU Boulder, restaurants, biking trails, the bus line and downtown Boulder. Lots of historic charm in this 100 year old one of a kind home. Move into this completely furnished and fully stocked home. Quiet neighborhood, gleaming wood floors, and lots of windows. This home has the era of the days gone by. Bathroom has been updated with new tiled floors and a new claw foot tub. Huge front yard as this cottage was built towards the back of the property. Beautiful large street lined with mature trees as this street use to be where the trolley use to run. Utilities/wifi included up to $200 per month. There is nothing new or shiny in this cottage. We are looking for tenants who appreciate the charms of an old home. In the summer, we do have window air conditioners if needed. Great back sunroom/dining area with lots of windows.
