Walk to restaurants, CineBistro, eSporta Fitness, Barnes & Nobles, Publix, Trader Joe's & Aldi Market. Don't really need a car. Walkscore: 71. Extremely safe neighborhood, very quiet too. Nice outside patios in front and back. Walgreens right down the street for last minute needs. Bonefish Grill just outside front door.
