Along with a 2nd bedroom and full bath. 3rd bedroom/ living area downstairs has Refrigerator & Coffeemaker, microwave, & Full Bath. The large rear deck overlooks the pool and crystal clear canal. Fenced in yard and Pet Friendly!!
