This stunning home sits on a lovely canal in Shaws Point. Upon entering the house, you will find a light and bright open-concept floor plan with breathtaking water views from the second you walk in. The main living space has a large “L” shaped sectional overlooking the pool. Adjacent is the chef’s kitchen, which has stunning granite countertops, barstools, and top-line appliances. The formal dining table can accommodate up to six comfortably. Adjacent to the living room, you will find the bonus room/den with a day sofa.
Time for your outdoor retreat! Through the sliding glass doors, you will find a large pool with a spa that overflows into the pool. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy your morning cup of coffee!
The sizeable primary bedroom has a king-size bed with tray ceilings and plenty of natural light. Attached is the primary bathroom, which is spa-inspired and has two vanities, an oversized walk-in shower with a shower rail, and a detachable showerhead. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, with plenty of closet space. The second bathroom has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with French doors to the pool area.
