Finally, we arrive on the patio with the outdoor kitchen and a lounge seating area, calling you to sit back, relax, watch the big game, and prepare tasty BBQ while the rest of the group cools off in the large swimming pool (HEATED) Please be aware, the "spa" is just heated slightly warmer than pool since they are being heated together so it is not a hot tub with jets

★ POOL HEATING ★
During the cooler months (Nov-April) there is a $50 per stay charge for pool heating, this is to offset the cost to run the heater. this applies to stays of 4 days or 30 days. Pool is set to run on a schedule, Pool heats from 9-6pm, please keep in mind that during the winter (Nov-April) the temps can range from 80-85 depending on outside temps and be over 90 in the summer

NO LONGER ALLOWED. We have had too many guest bring a pet and not disclose to us. If you are bringing a dog(s) your stay will be cancelled and no refund will be given. This is non negotiable, you will be removed.
