Our house is located only one block from downtown shops and restaurants and 3 short blocks from the Arkansas river boat put-in. 30 min to Ski Monarch and 40 min to Ski Cooper. Sleeps 4-6 (1 KING, 1 queen and 1 queen hide-bed, new mattresses). Enjoy good ole housekeeping with ironed sheets and rugs steam cleaned every time after a guest with dog(s) leaves. Many unique features of a 116 year old newly renovated house are preserved, Free highspeed WIFI, wireless printer, USB charging station, cable HDTV, DVD/CD player. Hardwood floors throughout, slate floor in full bath, large mudroom with new washer/dryer and huge fridge w/ Ice maker, 10 foot ceilings. Relax in our infra-red Sauna for 2-3 people after a day of activities and lounge on our deck with wicker chairs behind a 6 foot privacy fence. Bike route directly in front of house, bike rental only a block away. 2 Hot spring pools/resorts nearby (Mt. Princeton and Cottonwood Hot Springs). Many other sports available (Golf, ATV, Jeeping, fishing, rafting, kayaking, hunting just to name a few). Park your RV in one of the 2 driveways provided with all hook-ups. Escape with your sweetheart to Buena Vista or bring the whole family (incl. dogs).
