This second-floor cottage has a crisp, fresh, upgraded feel with vibrantly accented décor and tasteful sea life artistic touches. Just a few steps away from the beach, you can enjoy the sea breeze from the balcony off of the living room. The living room is beautifully decorated with a good quality sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV, high-end wood style flooring, a teal occasional chair, and very nice distressed look shadow box coffee tables. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers upgraded counters, and full size appliances. The dining table seats six and has a custom-painted shabby chic look. The primary bedroom has a nice queen bed, fabulous blue and white designer bedding, a flat-screen TV, and nicely done shabby chic furnishings. The twin bunk beds are built-in and offer crisp teal bedding, reading lamps, and fun fish accent pillows. There is one bathroom that has been nicely upgraded with a custom shower, upgraded lighting, and custom counters. This unit does not offer a tub, only a walk-in shower. For your convenience, there is a centrally located coin-operated laundry room, ensuring you can keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your stay.
