Summary: The owners need to stay in the house for a few nights to notice small needs. Kitchen could have used additional oven mitts, salt and pepper in the shakers, more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and additional toilet paper. The back yard had not been mowed and was not somewhere you would want to spend time. These issues sound picky but would go a long way in making guests feel more comfy.
