Updates include NEW HVAC, BRAND NEW EPOXY FLOORS- one of kind design- you have to see it to believe it, freshly painted walls, new water heaters, new plumbing, updated furnishings, D/W, W/D, private enclosed outside shower, 2 car parking and more. Bed Linens included, towels NOT included.. No Smoking.
The octagonal deck is ONLY accessible from WAVE WONDER or if you rent the full house WAVE SHACK. It is not accessible through a Sand Shack only rental.

Summary: We loved this lower apartment for just the two of us to have a little getaway. The location is perfect. The beach access is right out the door. We found it not to be as crowded as other accesses. Everything was just a mile or two away. Even the Dollar General because we forget the towels. The house was clean. We felt safe and private even with other guest above .
