Whether you bring a dog, grandparents, or a Friend or Family member with differing needs, we have tried to include everything you might need in a 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Vacation Oasis! Step into a large open concept Family Room/ Kitchen where you, your family and friends will create memories for years to come. The amazing fully outfitted kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a full size side by side refrigerator/freezer, on the door ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, DOUBLE Oven (upgrade), Keurig and drip coffee makers, and an abundance of Shaker Style storage cabinets. You will love the 9 Foot Kitchen Island (with seating for 6) covered in a beautiful Corian surface perfect for eating, working, Zooming or playing games with your Family and Friends.
The Family Room features a Queen Sleeper SECTIONAL, a 65 inch (upgrade) Smart TV (cable and internet) along with games, puzzles and more! “Off The Hook" also features a separate game/dining/work table for kids, adults or any individual with differing needs.
Just beyond the Family Room, you will enjoy a nice sized laundry room with a full size washer/dryer, vacuum, broom and dust pan, mop/bucket, ironing board and iron and full length mirror. A Pack and Play, crib sheet and high chair are located in the King bedroom closet.
Across the Hall from the Laundry is a full size bath (bathtub/shower) connected through a pocket door to a beautifully decorated King Bedroom.
The second bedroom features a stunning upgraded private King Suite with roll in shower and grab bars all around. This room features extra wide (36 inch) doors into the bedroom and bathroom. (ADA Friendly) in case they are needed!
Each bedroom features Luxury Comfortable Mattresses, Stylish Decor and Smart TVs.
Just outside you will enjoy a Ground Level Front Porch with plenty of seating where you will enjoy peace and quiet between trips to the beach and pool. Spend your evening gazing at the Lighthouse from your front porch! In addition, this Cottage comes with an outside shower and gas grill for cooking! We also provide 2 beach bikes with locks, a beach wagon, 2 chairs and an umbrella for your enjoyment. 6 beach towels also come with the Cottage!
Check-In begins at 4pm.
Your Keyless Entry Code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
Check Out Information will be sent to you the day before your Check Out and is also in the Welcome Book in the Unit.
The 30 x 50 Community Salt Water Pool is surrounded by covered Cabanas you may rent - Each has its own TV, refrigerator and misting fan. Enjoy Poolside restrooms, tables and chairs and loungers galore!
Rental Information on Cabanas will be emailed to you with Check In Information for all bookings during May - October.
Pool Hours: Daily 9am - Dusk, May - October.
Community Gym now open! Hours - 7 am - 9 pm daily.
Fire pits with seating surround the pool and are open all year.
There are 2 EV Charging Stations in the Community. Information and their locations will be sent to you with Check In Information.
**LOOKING for More than 2 bedrooms?...we have more! We have made arrangements with other Owners to book our units together when they are all available. Enjoy the privacy of your immediate family at bedtime while playing with your friends and additional family during the day. This option allows you to book up to 10 bedrooms for the same time period.
