Full Kitchen allows you to cook and eat in if you want to, or you can visit many great restaurants in the Murray Hill or 5 pts hot spots. 3 bedrooms allows privacy without breaking the bank. Laundry room with washer & dryer also !

We have parking for 3 vehicles if necessary. 4 vehicles is a tight squeeze!
We are pet friendly and charge $30 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.
We will invoice you separately for pet and it must be paid prior to arrival.

Our back yard is closed in , and it is secured, however some sections of the fence are older, it is advised that you monitor your pets outside incase they decide to dig a hole or find one.
***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside or in the outdoor areas.***
***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.***
