The updated (2023) one story 2/2 residence is located within the gated PGA National Resort (home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour). The home has an open floor plan with central air conditioning and heating throughout and comes fully furnished down to the last detail. Enjoy the lovely tree-lined landscape and the close proximity to public golf courses, a pool at the Club Cottage community exclusively for residents & guests of the Club Cottage Community and a SPA (charges apply) – all just within a five minute stroll! And, the beaches are only 5 miles away! There are beautiful parks on the property and great restaurants are just minutes from the home. Juno Beach is a 15 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the condo; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 10 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The Palm Beach Outlets are located off Hwy 95 and are only 15 minutes away from the home. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 20 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is about 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay.
The large living room has an entertainment center complete with large flat panel 55” TV and WiFi. The master bedroom is furnished with a 2022 king size bed adorned with cozy cover and new 2020 mattress. The second bedroom is furnished with two 2023 double beds and mattresses. Both bedrooms have wall-to-wall tile, ample closet space (the master bedroom has a walk-in closet), large windows for bright, airy rooms. Each bedroom is appointed with a smart TV and has its own full bathroom. In addition, hairdryers are supplied in the bathrooms for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided for the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking! You'll find all the necessary appliances supplied including coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and microwave. The stackable washer/dryer is located off the kitchen with an iron and ironing board for your convenience (in the closet). The separate dining room seats four comfortably with room for more at the breakfast bar. Enjoy beautiful views from your large, private outdoor patio furnished with a patio table, chairs and umbrella for your enjoyment, as well as a gas grill complete with all the utensils you'll need for outdoor cooking.

You are 10 minutes to the Gardens Mall, 15 minutes (5miles) to Juno Beach or Riviera Beach and 20 minutes to Palm Beach beach. The home is located 20 minutes to West Palm Beach airport (PBI). PGA Boulevard alone has over 100 restaurants from which to choose, with Jupiter Harbor Place and WPB City Place and Worth Ave a short drive away. Spring training for the Florida Marlins and St. Louis Cardinals at Roger Dean Stadium just six miles away. Kravitz Center for the Performing Arts is only 15 minutes away. There is a newly open Norton Art Museum for art enthusiasts. Flagler museum is a perfect place to learn about Palm Beach history. And lots of activities for visiting children with Lion safari and water parks.
