Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 4th time staying at Pinnacle Port. We have been extremely satisfied until this year. When we arrived, the elevator was not working and we were on the fourth floor. When we finally got everything to the condo, it was not clean. We called management and they offered to refund our money and cancel our vacation; we just wanted the condo cleaned. Management called the cleaning company and the owner of the company came. He was very kind, verified our complaints, and went right to work. We were satisfied with his cleaning job. The elevator didn’t work our entire stay. Management said they didn’t know it wasn’t working; the maintenance guys said they had been waiting on a part. Not sure who was telling the truth. The condo needs some updating: painting, furniture, blinds. We did have fun spending time together and the beach was beautiful. We turned a less than perfect situation into fun memories. We may try a different area next year though!
