When you enter the neighborhood you'll feel comfortable and secure. This is a real community with many families living here year round. The quite street is easy to walk along and the privacy of the front yard makes for lazy days, picnics and kids playing tag. Old live beach oaks frame the entire yard offering dappled sunlight and shady spots.
The beach is about a ten-minute walk along two streets and dense path of trees and brush leading directly to the water. If you have a lot of gear to haul, just jump in the car and you're there in three minutes.
Surprisingly, many of our visitors have commented they love the house's location, even though it is not on the beach. Being so close to the ocean but with a real yard, provides a nice balance to each day and makes for a great family home.
Our 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms home, sleeping 10 people, is perfect for two families and ideal for the family with children and accompanying grandparents. Downstairs you will find a master bedroom with a king and bath. Upstairs there is a bathroom at the top of the landing. To the left of the bathroom there is another master bedroom with a queen bed, sleeper sofa and a bathroom. To the right there are two connecting bedrooms one with a full bed, twin and a sleeper sofa. The connecting bedroom has 3 twin beds. This setup makes it very convenient for parents to have all the kids nearby and in one place, while affording themselves a little privacy.
