YOU HAVE STUMBLED UPON A BEACHFRONT PARADISE!!! This charming 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1930's Florida beachfront house has stunning beach dune and ocean views!! And, best of all...the gorgeous white sandy gulf beach is right out your door! As soon as your toes leave the sidewalk surrounding the downstairs deck, they'll hit the sand and you'll be on beautiful Madeira Beach.
Maybe even more incredible, the cottage is ideally located only a 1/2 block from John's Pass, the local go-to tourist destination! In just a few minutes stroll, you will find yourself in the spot written about by The New York Times as a place worth visiting during a vacation to Florida.
At John's Pass Village, you will find numerous festive restaurants, shops and boutiques, and opportunities for seaside activities such as parasailing, wave runners, deep sea fishing charters, dolphin watching cruises, and so much more. Again, all of these activities are accessible within a short walk and no driving is necessary!
This unique home consists of two entirely independent, separate living quarters. It is truly the perfect house for vacationing parents with adult children who enjoy their own space, or vacations shared with a couple of friends.
Upstairs, you will find a living space that consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen. The upstairs has new, modern coastal living room furniture with a newly installed 70" Samsung smart TV for your viewing enjoyment at the cottage. For rainy days, or a break from the beach, the large-scale TV is great because it creates almost a home theater for our guests.
Downstairs, you will find a cozier, albeit completely independent living space consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and another full kitchen (ideal for those not wanting to climb stairs). The downstairs living room has its own new 70" Samsung Smart TV as well for our guest's enjoyment.
This charming “old Florida” home has great, new high-speed internet and reception with a newly installed Orbi internet system that makes working from home or simply staying connected a breeze!
This unique property is Ideal for couples wanting to vacation together but desiring their own spaces. Here you will find all the privacy desired.
This home is also perfect for multigenerational families wanting to vacation together while retaining a sense of their own independence.
The original 1930's floor plan is still intact. The house also has an eclectic mix of heirloom furnishings, and more modern decor.
Both floors of this special home have fantastic beach views where you can see the ocean from both inside and outside the house. You can also enjoy these amazing beach views on both stories of the phenomenal wide decks running the full width of the house! Cafe lights were also recently added on both decks providing a fun and/or romantic ambiance for nighttime enjoyment.
The upstairs has a huge covered, 400 sq. ft. balcony with awesome views of the Gulf of Mexico. The downstairs has a beautiful, covered deck as well, running along the back and side of the cottage. This downstairs deck has stunning, views of the beautiful dunes, with the magnificent ocean peeking through them. These decks will also give you ideal protection on sunny days.
While either enjoying a relaxing meal at one of the outside tables, or while lounging on one of the outside loungers provided both under the covered deck or out in the open private backyard beach area, you will feel like you have found heaven on earth. Most guests favorite place is under the sun protective covered decks.
For many, the cottage is paradise.
Beach umbrellas, chairs, and a small beach collection is provided for our guests both upstairs and downstairs.
Again, with the cottage only a 1/2 block from John's Pass too, the cottage's location cannot be more convenient.
The house has 4 outdoor security cameras for both the protection of the cottage and its' residents. We hope that the cameras will provide you with an added sense of security while at the cottage.
Another great feature of this cottage is the ample parking available at the front of the cottage for our guests only. The house comes with three guaranteed parking spaces. One space is reserved for property maintenance and service. This space, however, is typically available and free for guests to use.
Within a short drive, you will find the Tyrone area. This area has a great shops, restaurants, a mall and a fun dine-in movie theater.
If you care to venture out further by car (a short 15-minute car ride), there is the beautiful and vibrant City of St. Petersburg, with its artsy downtown.
St. Petersburg is home to numerous fantastic museums (The Dali, The James Museum of Western Art, The St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Art, The Museum of the American Arts and Crafts Movement, The Chihuly, etc.), performing arts theatres, Tropicana Field (home of the Tampa Bay Rays), The Vinoy, chic boutiques, delicious fine-dining restaurants, and beautiful Beach Drive.
Within a 45-minute drive, you will find Tampa Airport, International Mall, Raymond James Stadium (home of the Buccaneers), Amelie Arena (home of the Tampa Bay Lightning), The Hard Rock Casino, The Tampa Aquarium, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, historic Ybor City, and world-renowned Bern's Steak House for a once in a lifetime filet mignon.
And last, but not least, Disney World is 1 1/2- 2 hours away!
But honestly, once you get to the cottage, most people do not wish to leave this little slice of heaven.

Owners are not responsible for the grill's propane. If the propane is empty, guests may easily purchase propane at nearby local convenient stores.

No overnight guests without prior approval
A fee of $50.00 per person per night may be added for any overnight guests not included in the booking party.
If laundry keys are missing or lost, guests will be responsible for a lost key charge.
