Enjoy Gulf breezes from the decks of our cozy home that is less than 200 steps to the beach. The top floor great room has welcoming sunshine and terrific views of the Gulf courtesy a wall of sliding glass doors. The living area features a 60” flat screen TV and abundant comfortable seating, perfect for family gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep easy and the dining area seats ten. A private pool rounds out the amenities of our serene paradise.
All 3 first floor bedrooms have direct deck access and feature flat screen TVs, The large master has a king size bed, private bathroom with shower and overlooks the pool. The second bedroom also has a king bed and a gorgeous view of our tropical paradise. The bunk room has a twin bed, a twin/full bunk bed with twin trundle and also overlooks the pool.
Child friendly amenities including pack-n-play, booster seat w/tray for convenient dining and step stools.
2 pets (maximum weight 60 lbs. each) are welcome with fee.
The house also features under-house concrete parking; covered entry; enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower; fish cleaning area; park-style grill.
This home participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program which includes two community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse and fitness center. Nature trails, bicycle and walking paths and access to Bob Sikes Cut round out a complete vacation experience.
Please note: Golf Carts are not allowed with rentals in the plantation.
Owners will accept large pets up to 100 lbs. with additional large pet fee of $50 per large pet. Sadly, the fireplace is unavailable.
