The kitchen has been update with new cabinets and Quartz counters, updated appliances with an eat in kitchen area. Living room has all the comforts of home including a flat screen tv, and wireless internet. Bathroom has a stand up shower.
Tile flooring throughout, plenty of closet space. Patio table, chairs and Grill are right outside on the deck with parking for 2 cars.
