Welcome to our River Cottage right off the Cumberland River only 25 minutes from Downtown Nashville. The cozy home includes 2 kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, opportunities for boating and fishing right off the private dock. Take in the view as you sip your coffee on the porch, fish on the private dock, work out on the Peloton or relax in the hot tub. BYOBoat and dock it for your trip! Enjoy the serenity of the river & close proximity to being only 25 minutes from Broadway!

The space
- Cozy cottage with two bedrooms and two full baths.
- Extra large living space with two seating areas. One side of the living room is tv space (my husband insisted on an XL 75 inch tv haha), and the other is a nice seating area to play games/listen to records.
-Primary bedroom has water view, a dedicated workspace, peloton and on-suite bathroom.
- Secondary bedroom is a queen bed.
- Both bedrooms have dresser and hanging space but no tv's in the bedrooms.
- Both full bathrooms are shower/tub combos, with single sinks.
Guest access
- Access to all of the home minus the storage shed, owner's boat and one owner's closet.
Other things to note
- Fishing: We don't provide poles but there is excellent fishing on our canal! And the local Lakeside Market has worms for sale. :)
- Dock: All children must be supervised and use life jackets when leaving the fenced in area and going to the dock or river bank. Can be slippery when wet - please use caution. The dock is accessible through the fence. The backyard is somewhat steep and so is the dock so may not be accessible to some guests (see pictures and use care when getting on and off the dock).
- All water activities: Must use life jackets. We have some to borrow but we recommend all guests bring their own for sizing especially ones for children. Cannot guarantee we will have ones that fit everyone.
- Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards: Must use life jackets. We provide for your enjoyment, all guests must sign a liability waiver regarding their usage. They are extremely heavy so please use care when bringing them down to the dock and please bring them up when done. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the dock or kayaks/stand up paddleboards without adult supervision.
- Hot tub: No children allowed without supervision.
- Peloton Bike: Must bring your own compatible bike shoes to use.
- Wildlife: This is a home on the river and lots of wildlife (there is literally a wooded wildlife preserve across the water way and a farm across the street). These types of areas are homes to critters such as but not limited to snakes, deer, squirrels, otters, rodents, spiders, ants, and insects. We are contracted with a pest control company with monthly scheduled treatments; however, we cannot guarantee that any such critters will not be visible around or in the home.
- IMPORTANT for boat usage: No wake until you get out to the main river.
