Located only three miles from downtown Blowing Rock and about five miles from Boone, Top Of The Rock is convenient to all the High Country offers. Appalachian Ski Mountain is less than a mile away, and Tweetsie Railroad is about two miles away. The town of Banner Elk, and Grandfather Mountain, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Zip Lines, and Linville Falls & Caverns are all between 15 and 28 miles away.
The main level has a great room with a dining area and an updated kitchen. A wall of windows looking out to the deck and revealing the vista is bookended by a fireplace with gas logs and an HDTV. The master suite with a full ensuite bathroom, a king-size bed, and an HDTV is on this level. A second bedroom with a king bed, long-range views, electric fireplace, and HDTV shares a second bathroom off the hallway.
