The space
Small but Cozy 2BR/2BA beach cottage. Sleeps 4 comfortably, 2 bedrooms (queen bed/full bed), sofa sleeper that can sleep 2, 2 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Linens and paper products are not provided, must bring your own or obtain from vendor within Ocean Lakes. Free entry to water park for all guests.
This is a traditional Ocean Lakes property that is a conversion (camper conversion to a house). The house is ground level with 2 steps up onto the porch. The bedroom/bathroom & living area are the stick built addition. The bathroom is situated between the living area and main bedroom. It is a full bath with a shower/tub. The conversion consists of the dinette/kitchen and a bedroom/bathroom combo (all one room, toilet/shower stall/lavatory open to bedroom, see photos) The ceiling height in conversion is approximately 6'6. There is a step up from the living area to dining area.

Ocean Lakes charges a daily parking fee, approximately $12 per day but may vary. Upon arrival, check into Ocean Lakes Office to purchase parking pass for entry - or you may contact them prior to arrival and purchase in advance if desired.

Guest access
Full access to the house. Shared spaces are outside areas such as pool/water park/beach.
Narrow roads on each end of home make turning into driveway a bit tight but it is achievable, even with a large SUV. May bring bicycles or golf cart for fun riding around campground, or rent bicycles/golf cart from Ocean Lakes.
Other things to note
Ocean Lakes is a family friendly campground that is gated and has 24 hours security. Other guests in campground may have dogs, cats, or other animals that you may come into contact with while going around campground.
