The expansive open-concept main living area seamlessly combines the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating a bright and welcoming environment for entertaining. The newly redesigned chef’s kitchen features premium appliances including a Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, six-burner Wolf gas range and oven, Cove dishwasher, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops, and custom white oak cabinetry. An abundance of windows fills the space with natural light. The dining table seats ten guests, with additional seating for five at the kitchen island.
The inviting living room features newly selected designer furnishings with comfortable seating for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.
The first floor includes a queen bedroom with a beautifully redesigned bath featuring a tub/shower combination and quartz vanity. A stylish powder room showcases floor-to-ceiling textured tile, a floating granite vanity, and a wall-mounted brass faucet.
