The ground floor opens up to an expansive kitchen with premium appliances and a spacious island. The living area boasts luxury and comfort with top of the line furnishings and a smart TV for optimum entertaining. The dining area seats 8 comfortably and the island has 4 barstools for extra accommodations. The ground floor opens up to a covered screened in patio with outdoor seating and a stainless gas grill. This floor also has a master bedroom suite with an incredible ensuite bathroom. There is a laundry room located on the ground floor as well as on the second story.
The second story is also a mecca for entertaining with a ping pong table, large TV room with sectional lounge seating, and a wet bar! The second master suite is located on this level with a fabulous ensuite bathroom as well. There is a bunk bedroom with a queen over queen and a full over full. There is another quest bedroom on this level that has two queen beds. A desk area is nestled in a loft area with a chair an ottoman on the second level if work presents itself during your stay here.
With all of it's modern amenities, luxurious interior, and prime location, 57 Paradise Dr. at Grand Villas is your beach vacation destination! Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort offers 500' of private beach access. An onsite tram service will pick you up and take you to any of the facilities or beach anytime during the day. The property has an on site mini golf course and a half basketball court. There is a community pool being built in Grand Villas now and there are two additional community pools you have access to while staying in the resort. The resort has two great restaurants on property. The Blue Dunes Grill is located by the beach and is very casual. They serve delicious bites and beach cocktails! The Ocean Club is situated at the entrance of the resort and offers fine dining.

This resort does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.
In lieu of requiring a damage deposit, we charge $110.00 for a damage insurance policy. This policy covers the guest against property damage up to $1500.00. Please let us know of any damage to the condo so we can make a claim.
