This is a colonial style , 2 story house with 1,648 sq. ft. of living area. There are 3 bedrooms (all second floor) and 2.5 bathrooms (2 full baths second floor, half bath main floor). The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath. Of the two remaining bedrooms, one has a king bed and the other a queen bed. Upon request, provisions can be made for 2 additional occupants on the main floor. The cottage is set back from Oak Point Road (Rte. 230) about 100 plus feet and offers a lovely, level yard area (great for children).
Amenities include TVs and DVD players in all bedrooms and living room. The following are provided: cable, wireless Internet, unlimited local and long distance calling within the US and Canada, and more. Kitchen is fully equipped and all linens are provided. All destinations and major attractions on Mt. Desert Island average between 15 and 20 minutes driving time.
