The Space:
The Sunset Stay is a waterfront duplex with a connected balcony overlooking the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay. Enjoy a coffee early in the morning while watching the dolphins! It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Short-Term Rental that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a 8-digit code on the day of check-in at noon. The STR uses a Sifely smart lock paired with Guesty Locks that gives you a unique code for the duration of your stay. Normal check-in is at 4pm. Early check-in is from 12-1pm and available for $50, but subject to the cleaner's schedule. Reach out for more information :)

Located off highway 20 you have a long stretch of scenic waterview and nearby water front parks to enjoy.
Getting Around:
There isn't any public transportation. Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful, but can be limited during high season.
Other Things to Note:
Water access: For your safety please abide by the following rules.
-No jumping or diving off the dock
-Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard or available flotation devices provided.
-Wear water shoes in the water. Rocks can be sharp
-No swimming at night.
Access the dock by walking down the path located to the left of Unit A (Sun Rise Stay).
