Sandsational, a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath semi-oceanfront gem will be your new favorite Hatteras Island vacation home! Only one lot back from the ocean, let the sandy path directly behind the home lead you to the beach for a day of splashing in the surf!

As you enter the home through the foyer sit on the bench, take off your shoes, and make your way up the stairs to the first level. The first floor offers a queen bedroom with cable TV and an attached large private bathroom. The laundry room is also located on this floor. As you make your way to the second level, you will find two additional bedrooms each with cable TV and access to the renovated full bathroom located off the hallway. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and the other with a full-size bed. The slider doors in each bedroom allow easy access to the mid-level deck, where you can let the ocean breeze sway you with your feet up in the hammock. On the third level, you will find a King primary bedroom with a spacious ensuite bath and cable TV. This level also has a half bath and access to the hot tub located in a screened porch.

The top floor boasts unforgettable ocean views throughout the living room. The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, plenty of cookware to prepare today's catch, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 and a dining area with seating for 8. Directly off the living area you will find access to the ocean facing decks and screened porch. Start your morning by watching the sun rise over the Atlantic! The living room is furnished with ample seating and a TV, video game system, and DVD player Just above the living area, you'll find a cozy loft with a wet bar and plenty of games. Please note the fireplace is not for guest use.

Outside the home, you will find an outside shower, a large fish cleaning station, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table that seats 8.
