We offer a wide array of amenities to include a fully fenced back yard, washer & dryer, secure parking, WiFi, and the location is within walking distance to the Historic Downtown area, the hospital, movie theaters and parks.

I love that there is a bike path on the same block. If you take it to the South, it will take you to the pavilion and the botanical garden. If you take it to the North it will take you to Main Street and a little further to one of the best family parks in Montrose.
