The Cottage is so very unique: while you are enjoying the view of the mountainous terrain from the huge wrap around porch, while sipping your favorite beverage while enjoying the outdoor furniture, you can bask in the sounds coming from the Clinch River.

We are also unique as we have a mile of the river, located a short walk from the Cottage, where you can fish for small mouth bass, horny head and/or red eye.

On a hot summer day you can enjoy swimming or tubing in the river. We also provide the tubes!

There is a 3k trail on the 70 acres of mountains that you can hike and then picnic at one of the 3 shelters located at the river while enjoying the Monarch Butterflies that visit us every summer.

Enjoy feeding the ducks and watching the chick's in their enclosed pen.

If you would like to take a drive to enjoy our beautiful surroundings, Back of the Dragon, Burkes Garden, Big Tumblin, and many other attractions are minutes drive away.
