This cottage is located on a quiet block just a 5 minutes walk from the sugar white sand/beach (0.2 mile, 1.5 blocks) in Laguna Beach at the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. With the golf cart provided for FREE, it takes just moments to get from the house to the beach. You will find that this cottage has vintage charm with all the modern conveniences to make your stay one to remember. You will sleep on all new mattresses and enjoy the newly updated furnishings and calm relaxing vibes provided by the updated decor. You can dine and make family memories on the huge deck with seating for 6. Kitchen amenities, sand toys, beach towels, and (4) beach chairs are all provided, so that you don't have to worry about the small details. Just bring your swim suit, a cold drink, and sunblock and you will be ready to embark on a relaxing day at the beach. The upper unit is completely private and separate from the lower unit which is being used as a long term rental.
