Our charming retreat comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bedroom upstairs for a restful night's sleep. And downstairs, you'll find a sofa bed with a memory foam mattress adjacent to the pool table and kitchenette.
The living space is centered around the pool table downstairs with a 55" Smart TV, couch, a high top table with seating for two, and a recliner. Perfect for casual gathering after a day on the water. We also have a set of corn hole boards with bags.
The bathroom boasts a large soaker tub as well as a shower for your relaxation needs, and a washer and dryer are thoughtfully located within the bathroom for your convenience. The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator with a microwave that can be conveniently rolled out of the closet on a sturdy cart. And we have two grill options (charcoal and gas).
