These 4 quaint, authentic (built in 1940's)Key West 'Old Florida' cottages are cozy and very clean, and have been completely renovated. The saltwater pool, heated jacuzzi, 2 outdoor bar/grills in the fenced back yard compound (5000 sq. ft.) are shared between the 4 cottages. You won't have ANY screaming kids around this compound....just peace and quiet for ultimate relaxation. This tiny cottage sleeps 2 adults comfortably. Very small fenced back yard with each cottage..perfect for Fido. Romantic screened porch. Very quiet, dog friendly neighborhood. Plenty of parking on the compound. Each cottage has 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, umbrella, beach buggy. It is a very short walk to the beach, dining, shopping and water activities. ONLY 2 PEOPLE PER COTTAGE.
Starting 2023, January is a 2 week or longer rental. February & March are 1 month or longer.
YOU CAN BRING A SMALL DOGGY (25 LBS MAX) THE PET FEE IS $150 PER PET AND CERTAIN BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
A 6 seater electric beach cart available to rent. It is street legal.
FREE beach parking and FREE John's Pass Village parking.
