Pool side features a bar, dinning table, lounge chairs, Green Egg , gas grill, and TV. We also feature a mosquito misting system and corner fans to keep you cool and bite free. Also located down stairs are additional refrigerators and freezers to make out door dinning and cooking a breeze
The boat dock, on niles channel, features a 16,000 lb lift, 2 slips, fish cleaning station, and underwater lights perfect for night fishing. A brick path runs along each side of the dock to the water to make putting in kayaks easy. Easy access for large boats.
