Summary: Pros: Efficient space in an excellent location, easy walk to the center of town and the gondola. Nice shared yard with a table and chairs. Cons: The window didn't open (was "out of order" per a note taped to it) so got pretty stuffy in the August heat. Only other challenge was that parking was sometimes unavailable on premise, though we didn't have much trouble finding spots on the street.
