The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an abundant supply of kitchen necessities. The home has new living room furnishings offering a Queen sleeper sofa, while boasting a stylish, sophisticated vibe with ample seating to mingle and entertain. Directly off the living room, there is a screened-in patio to enjoy the afternoon sunshine or an evening glass of wine. The second floor has an oversized master suite with a king bed, an en-suite bath with separate tub and shower, and a private balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The 2nd bedroom on the same floor is spacious with a Queen bed and a full-size private bath. A stackable washer/dryer is furnished on the 2nd floor for quick loads of laundry after a day at the beach. The third-floor loft features two twin beds and is a great space for a couple, teenagers or kids to enjoy some privacy and hang out!
The townhome has an amazing location with recreational activities right in its backyard! The back of the townhome is a minute walk to the main pool, shuffle boards, corn hole and tennis courts. Additionally, it is a quick 5-minute walk to your private beach entry.

Gulf Place Community Amenities include Four beach accesses: three deeded Gulf Place accesses + Ed Walline Regional Beach Access, 3 Swimming Pools, 2 Tennis Courts, BBQ Grilling areas, Shuffleboard Courts, Walking Trails, Restaurants, Cafe, Pizzeria, Shops, Art Galleries, Live Events, Park with Lifeguards, facilities, and boardwalk! All within walking distance so you can park and enjoy!

For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Proof of age is required by all guests and all homes are subject to inspection upon guest arrival to ensure compliance. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges.

Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan, which is included in the price. This plan covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
