Summary: Jessica was a wonderful host and quick to respond. The cottage is perfectly located to everything we needed and had everything for our month stay…fully loaded kitchen, a place for all 3 of us Vets to lay our heads and hot showers. Takes about 15 min to get to Eglin which was our job site. After work there was much to do. You are right across the street from The Warf 850 restaurant. I walked there many days to put in my SUP (standup paddle board) for sunset trips on the water. There is plenty of shopping options locally in Niceville just minutes away. If you are are tourist then Mid Bay Bridge is close by so you can hop on over to the beautiful Emerald Bay Destin area in a short drive. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
