Cape San Blas is the last pet friendly & family oriented area in the Florida panhandle. With easy access to the beach and a GULF FRONT home with fabulous water views.
Purchased in Jan. 2012. The kitchen has been remodeled with all new cabinets, stainless appliances and granite counter tops. Our home offers tile floors on the main level, luxury vinyl in the bedrooms and cotton bedding & linens.
Master suite has a 1 king size bed, a second King size bed in a beachfront bedroom, both with private baths and gulf side balconies. A third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private bath. The spacious and fully stocked kitchen is a perfect place to prepare family meals that can be eaten on the large deck while watching amazing sunsets. Laundry closet is located on the 2nd floor with a full size washer and dryer.

Barrier Dunes is a gated community that has a gulf front pool, a second solar heated pool located near the 2 lighted tennis courts. There are also 3 fully stocked man made ponds, a playground located on the property, club house and a wonderful community to walk your dogs. They have pet stations conveniently located throughout the property.
Barrier Dunes is located next to St. Joseph State Park which contains over 2000 acres of pristine beaches, tropical landscapes, nature trails and bike path. Nine miles of award-winning Gulf shoreline featuring turquoise waters, sugary white sand, and awesome dunes that rise more than 20 feet on average. You will also find a nearby golf course and other activities include biking, hiking, snorkeling, fishing, and kayaking.
We are a dog friendly unit. 1st dog is $100 with the 2nd dog adding $50. Monthly rates are $25 per week.
