Set Sail at 7 is located on South 38th Street, 200 yards to the beach with no roads to cross. It is a ground level townhome with the open living space with living room, dining area, kitchen and half bath on the bottom floor and the 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. Outside the kitchen door, you’ll find a fenced patio and a covered deck on the 2nd floor off of the master bedroom that has a minimal gulf view. Each of the 3 bedrooms have TV’s and easy access to a bathroom.
