You'll have the entire 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house to yourself. There's a private attached laundry room off the kitchen.
You'll also enjoy access to the courtyard and outdoor amenities, shared with the host and guests from the other unit.
I live here in on the property with my boyfriend in Hidden Oasis #2 (the upstairs apartment). We both work full time, but are around if you need anything!
Easy access to beaches, stores, restaurants, and parks!
Hidden Oasis is tucked in a centrally-located, quiet, family neighborhood with grocery stores and everything else you'd need right around the corner. The Pinellas Trail, a long pedestrian/bike path, borders this neighborhood and is a short 5-minute walk to access. Local shops and restaurants within 1/2 mile. The Florida Gulf Coast is just under 3 miles, where you'll find our world-famous white sandy beaches. Indian Rocks Beach Park is the closest public access with plenty of parking and bathrooms.

You're welcome to bring your own bike and keep it inside the store room
Hidden Oasis has some bikes available for guests to rent - ask your host for info!

Downtown Largo is just 1/2 mile away, with shops, cafes, and restaurants

Bus routes run along both Clearwater-Largo Road and West Bay/Easy Bay Drive (the main intersection nearest Hidden Oasis)

Please note we have the hot tub serviced frequently due to usage and it may be down for a 24-36 hour period for flushes and treatments. If the hot tub is important to you, please let your host know as early as possible, so we can do our best to accommodate!
No smoking inside; smoking outdoors away from the other units is permitted.
Please pick up your trash after using common spaces such as the hot tub and outdoor seating areas. These are shared spaces.
Quiet hours are set after 11pm.
No sunscreen in the hot tub or it will need to be serviced.
Please do not use any glass containers on patio; plastic cups are available and labeled for outside use. No food or drink is permitted during use of hot tub, to include glass containers.
No parties or unauthorized guests allowed. Prior written permission from the host is required for any additional guests; approval up to host's sole discretion. Any guest or visitor seen on the property that is not on the reservation subjects you to immediate cancellation of your remaining stay without refund; and/or an additional $100 charge per guest per night.
No pets please without written advance host permission, as this is a shared space, otherwise reservation will be subject to cancellation without refund.
Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $25 fee per every 30 minutes after the checkout time.
