All remodeled one bedroom beautiful private duplex house sleeps two with an additional space for a third person. Nicely furnished for peaceful enjoyable getaway. Ceramic tile throughout, with updated bath, and newer appliances. Has inside laundry and spare twin Murphy bed for a guest. Air conditioning, heat with front porch, rear porch and fenced in side and back yard.
Freshly painted, ceramic tile non-smoking home. we've had this pet free for 7 years but we're going to try for a friendly pet potential this season if accepted, contact owner. If you have beloved pets, please describe them and put it on the request form also, as there is a charge for them and keep in mind we don't accept all breeds of dogs. Also include all your guest on the reservation request form. . We have a bike available, and beach stuff. Please advise on the bicycles.

Summary: This property was perfect for us! Comfortable and convenient location. Mike the host was so helpful with suggestions and responding to texts promptly. The cottage let's a lot of sun in. We loved that since we were there for three months. The pups loved the fenced in back yard. You are only one mile from the beach. The beach chairs and bikes were very useful. Thank you Mike 😊 for your hospitality! We miss Florida and the sunshine cottage!
